Welcome to 52 Eymet, nestled in the historic bastide town of Eymet, on the River Dropt within the department of Aquataine in the Dordogne region of Souh West France. Recently refurbished by its new English owners Harry and Debbie Hoy , the couple visited this area in 2012 and fell in love with the place so much that they decided to sell their home in the Cotswolds and take on the running of this lovely Chambre d'hote.
The property has been decorated throughout with lots of French Antiques added and Debbie's experience in interior design lent its hand in the beautiful details which you will see in every part of the house, fresh flowers and lovely places to sit and relax along with a pretty patio at the rear of the house perfect for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing, or maybe an alfresco breakfast before a day discovering the area.
The property has four beautiful letting rooms, one of which is a two roomed suite offering its own front door and access to the patio from both its rooms.
The owners Harry and Debbie have travelled extensively, and throughout their time have stayed in some beautiful places and wanted to recreate this feeling to their own B & B, little finishing touches that make a stay much nicer and will make the customer want to return again and again.
52 is a stones throw from the popular market square, where every Thursday a traditional market is held from 8am - 1pm, with local farmers and specialists selling their wares, throughout late June, July and August the evening market is held on Tuesdays, where locals and tourists mix to enjoy and sample the local cuisine, and stroll through the stalls.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our holiday and house hunting clientele we do not cater for Wedding Bookings.
